Top End Energy Limited reported promising geological assessments from EP 144, located within the South Nicholson Basin in Northern Territory, Australia indicating significant potential for helium and natural hydrogen resources. Preliminary evaluations, including data from the NDI Carrara-1 well, suggest the presence of key source rock formations capable of yielding helium and hydrogen. The company plans to further explore these prospects through a targeted soil gas sampling program and additional geophysical analysis, aiming to confirm and quantify the presence of these gases.
