The US BLM's (soon to be Messer's) Cliffside Helium Plant has seen an unusual dip in production since Mar'24. In early March helium production fell to 1.4mmcf/d from 1.8mmcf/d in February. Although production remained around this level in March, flows to the pipeline were heavily impacting taking average flows down to 1mmcf/d.
