Avanti Helium Increases Private Placement by 10% to C$550k

Avanti Helium plans to upsize to its previously announced private placement of C$500k, increasing the offering from 2mm to 2.2mm units at C$0.25/unit, for total gross proceeds of C$550k. Each unit includes one share and one warrant, at a strike of C$0.30/sh exercisable within a year. CEO Chris Bakker will subscribe for 2,000,000 units. The funds will support the company’s ongoing project costs in Montana and general working capital.
