Avanti Helium entered into an exclusive marketing agreement with The Edelgas Group, leveraging Edelgas' extensive network and experience to promote and distribute Avanti's helium products. This partnership aims to enhance Avanti’s market presence and access to both short-term and long-term contracts, particularly as the company targets production in 2024 amidst the dynamic global helium market. Additionally, Avanti plans to issue common shares to settle debts with service providers, aiming to preserve cash for operations, with the transaction pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
