Avanti Helium Raises C$500k to Fund Helium Recovery Plant

Avanti Helium raised C$500k through a private placement, issuing 1.25mm units at C$0.40/unit. Each unit will comprise of one share and a warrant, at a strike of C$0.60/sh. The funding will support work on the Helium Recovery Plant in Montana's Sweetgrass Pool and provide general working capital.
