Vema Hydrogen Completes Pilot Well Drilling in Quebec

Vema Hydrogen completed drilling its first two pilot wells in Quebec, marking the world’s first field tests of its Engineered Mineral Hydrogen™ technology – a form of stimulated natural hydrogen. Vema will evaluate fluid movement and monitor hydrogen production to refine commercial models. Recent updates include a 10-year hydrogen supply agreement with Verne Power for California data centres and recognition as a Qualified Supplier by the First Public Hydrogen Authority. The pilot is a critical step in validating Vema’s method at scale and accelerating its commercial pathway.
