US Energy Q2'24 Results

US Energy reported its Q2'24 results, closing the acquisition of 140k net acres for helium and industrial gas development in Montana and signing a letter of intent for an additional 24k net acres. The company also completed the divestiture of South Texas assets for US$6.5mm, using proceeds for debt reduction and its helium asset development. Drilling on the Montana assets is set to begin in Sep'24. The company ended the quarter with a net loss of US$2mm and a cash balance of US$2.2mm.
