US Energy is Selling its Texas Assets to Fund Helium Development

US Energy Corporation executed definitive documents for the sale of its South Texas Assets for ~US$6.5mm, with the transaction expected to close by July 31, 2024. The proceeds from this sale will be allocated primarily towards the development of the company’s recently acquired helium assets in Montana and for repaying outstanding debt.
