Total Helium has drilled 9 out of 19 wells at the Pinta South Project in Arizona, and connected them to a 6-mile pipeline, yielding consistently high helium concentrations of ~7.7%. Production reached 450 mcf/d in aggregate during initial testing, which was in line with expectations. This implies a modest ~12mmcf/y of helium production. There are 10 additional wells in various stages of completion and pipeline connection. The current offtake agreement with Linde covers the first 10 wells, after which production will be sold on the spot market.
