Linde has committed to fund the pipeline expansion on Total Helium's Pinta South Helium Field and to purchase all helium from the first 10 wells. With Linde’s funding, two-six-mile pipelines have been constructed connecting 7 additional wells to the processing facility. The established and experienced operating team enables Total Helium to rapidly develop the project without additional staffing costs, which is favourable for a junior explorer. Total has previously disclosed that its selling price to Linde was US$500/mcf in its May 2023 presentation and its original agreement was to sell at US$212/mcf to Linde.
