Proton Green aims for NASDAQ listing through RTO with SMIT

Schmitt Industries has entered into a non-binding term sheet, which contemplates a reverse merger with Proton Green and spin-off of SMIT's Ample Hills business. VVC Exploration is a founding shareholder of Proton Green, which launched in 2021 and currently owns approximately 14% of Proton Green.
