Benton Resources and Metals Creek Resources, both mineral exploration companies, jointly acquired 156 additional units under two licences to explore hydrogen and helium potential in Newfoundland's Smoking Gun Prospect. These companies had previously acquired six natural hydrogen projects in west Newfoundland.
