Renergen-ASP Acquisition has Positive Readthrough for D3 Energy

Following ASP Isotopes’ proposed acquisition of Renergen, whose Virginia Gas Project in South Africa is currently producing liquid helium and is backed by US government financing, attention has turned to D3 Energy, whose flagship ER315 permit in the Free State province directly adjoins Renergen’s acreage.
