Pulsar Helium Appoints Cliff Cain as President

Pulsar Helium appointed Cliff Cain as President, effective 1st April 2026, having joined the company in December 2025 as Manager of Commercial & External Affairs. In his new role, Cain will oversee commercial strategy, US government engagement, and offtake negotiations. Thomas Abraham-James remains CEO. The appointment reflects Pulsar's emphasis on strengthening its US-centric leadership profile at a time of heightened interest in domestically sourced helium supply.
