Colorado Securities Fraud Over US$4.8mm Helium Investment Scam

Colorado authorities announced that James Stelzer and Lucas Kalisher were indicted on 16 counts of securities fraud on 24 August over an alleged scheme involving ~US$4.8mm raised from around 90 investors for helium and hydrocarbon projects.
