PetroSun Acquires an Equity Interest in United Helium

PetroSun has acquired a 74.78% equity position in United Helium. The companies already have a Farmout Agreement that covers a total of 6,197 acres in the Holbrook Basin. United still holds an overriding interest of 7.5% in the farmed-out acreage and 1% covering an additional 215,343 acres in the Holbrook Basin.
