Noble Helium released its new investor presentation and the quarterly activity report for the period ended Dec'23. The company completed the Mbelele wells at North Rukwa discovering a helium system and is now planning to move quickly to flow test the Lake Beds and test the gas cap identified at Mbelele-1. Noble also received firm commitments from institutional investors to raise A$14mm, which was completed on 30th January 2024. Commercial negotiations are underway towards securing a leased plant and offtake agreement.
