Natural Hydrogen Potential in Alaska

Alaska geologist Mark Myers is exploring the potential for underground hydrogen reserves in Alaska. Myers believes Alaska's serpentinite rocks, found in subduction zones, could host similar hydrogen deposits, offering a cleaner energy source. The US Geological Survey is mapping potential hydrogen reservoirs across the US, and Myers is pushing for similar research in Alaska. Currently, there are no players exploring hydrogen in Alaska.
