Millbank Mining, a mineral exploration company focused on a copper project in British Columbia, completed the acquisition of the Blakelock Hydrogen Project, covering ~5.5k acres in northern Ontario. The project features circular forest rings, like the fairy circles seen in Australia, which are believed to indicate potential natural hydrogen accumulations. Millbank aims to explore hydrogen deposits generated from pyrite-bearing intrusions. Millbank is also aiming to raise C$3mm in equity by issuing ~9mm units at C$0.33/unit with each Unit will consisting of one share and one warrant at a strike of C$0.50/sh.
