JOVO Special Gas Expands Helium Portfolio With Hunan Airship

JOVO Special Gas, a subsidiary of JOVO Energy which is a natural gas distributor in China, has entered an equity partnership with Hunan Airship Technology Development, acquiring a 70% stake in the company. Airship is one of the largest helium retailers in Hunan Province. This collaboration enhances JOVO's footprint in helium distribution and positions it for cross-regional expansion, ultimately strengthening their position in the special industrial gas downstream segment.
