Global Helium (HECO) drilled and cased its first helium exploration well at 09-04-12-04W4 in Manyberries, Alberta. Positive preliminary indications of commercial helium production have led to plans for completion and production testing in the coming weeks. This marks the first step in earning on the farm-in block, with Perpetual Energy retaining a 25% working interest and HECO holding a 75% share. HECO also has the option to drill a second well to expand its acreage.
