Global Helium Closes First Tranche of Private Placement for C$3.5mm

Global Helium Corp closed the first tranche of its private placement raising C$3.5mm in aggregate gross proceeds. The company issued 970k Series A preference shares at C$0.25/sh and 13mm Series A preference shares at US$0.185/sh. These shares are convertible into shares, with various conversion options and dividend provisions. The net proceeds will be used to fulfil drilling obligations on the Manyberries field under a farm-in agreement and for general corporate purposes.
