Georgina Energy to List on the LSE on 30th July 2024

Georgina Energy, focusing on helium, natural hydrogen, and natural gas redevelopment in Australia, is set to debut on the London Stock Exchange tomorrow, 30th July 2024. Founded in 2019 by Anthony Hamilton and Mark Wallace, the company aims to re-enter and develop existing wells to reduce exploration risk and accelerate production. Key projects include Hussar, with drilling starting in Dec'24, and Mount Winter, both in central Australia. RTO acquirer Mining, Minerals and Metals also passed a resolution for a change of name to "Georgina Energy Plc" and change its ticker to "GEX".
