Georgina Energy, a helium and hydrogen company with projects in Australia, is going through a reverse takeover by Mining Minerals and Metals (MMM), a UK listed investment vehicle, expected to finalise by the end of June. This follows a series of failed attempts to IPO on the UK market over the last couple of years. Georgina has two assets in Australia - the Hussar EP513 (Officer Basin, Western Australia) and Mt Winter EP155 (Amadeus Basin, Northern Territory). According to the latest CPR, Hussar has an expected 2U Prospective Resources of 155bcf of helium and 173bcf of hydrogen, while a non-independent consultant estimates that Mt Winter has 2U Prospective Recoverable Resources of 111bcf of helium, 102bcf of hydrogen and 0.91tcf of natural gas. This would be the 3rd helium exploration company to list in London, following the recent listing of Helix Exploration and before that Helium One.
