Australian focused helium & hydrogen IPO: Georgina Energy

Georgina Energy is looking to list on the UK AIM market later this month raising a minimum of GBP3mm. It is a conventional helium and hydrogen exploration company with two projects in Australia. Its mission is to become one of the top 3 helium and hydrogen producers globally. Its projects are SPA 0036 Hussar (100% owned) & EP155 Mt Winter in the Officer and Amadeus Basins respectively.
