First Helium Upsizes Private Placement to C$3mm

First Helium increased in its previously announced C$2.5mm private placement to C$3mm, offering 50mm units at C$0.06 per unit. Each unit includes one share and one warrant at a strike of C$0.09 for 36 months. Proceeds will be used to support asset development and operating expenses on the Worsley project, as well as for general working capital.
