First Helium launched a private placement offering of ~42mm units at C$0.06 per unit, for total gross proceeds of C$2.5mm. Each unit includes one common share and one transferable warrant, exercisable at C$0.09/sh for 36 months. The proceeds will be used for asset development at the Worsley project and for covering general expenses.
