On August 23, 2024, a Texas court extended the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) allowing Messer Helium to continue operating the Crude Helium Enrichment Unit (CHEU) at the Cliffside Helium Facility. This decision was made to avoid disruptions in the helium supply while the court considers a preliminary injunction on September 11, 2024. The extension of the TRO aims to maintain the current status until the court reaches a final decision.
