Avanti Helium Upsizes C$500k Private Placement to C$1.1mm

Avanti Helium increased its previously announced private placement from 1.25mm units worth C$500k to 2.75mm units at C$0.40/sh, aiming to raise C$1.1mm. Each unit will include a share and a purchase warrant at a strike price of C$0.60 within twelve months. The net proceeds will be used for various work related to the company's Helium Recovery Plant located on the Sweetgrass Pool in Montana and for general working capital.
