Avanti Helium Closes First Tranche of Private Placement

Avanti Helium closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising C$300k by issuing 1.2mm units at C$0.25/unit. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant, with a strike of C$0.30. The proceeds will support its Sweetgrass project costs and general working capital. The remaining tranches of the offering are expected to close shortly.
