Avanti Energy Increases Equity Raise to C$4.08mm

Avanti Energy increased its previously announced private placement by 36% to 2.4mm shares from 1.77mm due to strong investor demand, at an offer price of C$1.7/sh, raising gross proceeds of C$4.1mm to complete its strategic land acquisitions and drill the initial three well program.
