World View enters space tourism with a balloon lifted capsule

World View, a U.S. based start-up, has announced its design plans for its "space flight". This is going to involve an 8-seat luxury capsule that will be lifted by a helium balloon into the stratosphere to ~100,000 feet. This trip will be priced at US$50,000 a seat, which is the lowest as per industry standards today.
