Whitebark Energy to Acquire King Energy for Helium and Natural Hydrogen Resources in Australia

Whitebark Energy, an Australian hydrogen and geothermal energy developer, is poised to acquire King Energy, which holds the promising Rickerscote Prospect in the Officer Basin of central Australia, covering ~5mm acres. King Energy's Rickerscote Prospect is estimated to contain a best case (2U) prospective resource of 97bcf of helium and 710kt (-300bcf) of natural hydrogen.
