VVC Sells 2% stake in Proton Green for US$5mm

VVC Exploration sold a 2% stake in Proton Green for US$5mm, while still retaining over 12% ownership. This implies a valuation of US$250mm for Proton Green, which recently listed through a reverse take-over of Cyber App. The proceeds will strengthen VVC's financial position, enabling the acceleration of its U.S. helium and natural gas programs, as well as the development of its copper property in Mexico. The company plans to complete eight Syracuse wells and test two helium and natural gas system wells in northwest Kansas.
