VVC Exploration appointed Mr. Steve Looper to its Board of Directors, who brings 40 years of oil and gas experience to the table. Mr. Looper's track record includes ventures in drilling, operations, and international project management. He is known for his contributions to large resource plays in West Texas and is currently the CEO of Proton Green.
