US GSA Counters Air Products on the BLM Sale Case

The US General Services Administration (GSA) has countered Air Products' motion for a preliminary injunction related to the sale of the US Federal Helium Reserve. GSA seeks dismissal of Air Products' case. The Bidders' Conference is scheduled to proceed on 10th October at the Fairmont Hotel, Dallas.
