US BLM: Still Down and Restart Does Not Appear Imminent

The BLM has to undergo a third party assessment to determine its ability to safely operate the Cliffside Plant. There have been several safety violations that the BLM needs to address from OSHA. It is the BLM’s priority to sufficiently investigate anomalous events and take necessary actions to identify causal factors, bringing appropriate resolution before starting up operations. The pipeline was operating at only 828psig on 10th February.
