University of California received Force Majeure letters on Helium

We are hearing of many end users receiving force majeure letters from the industrial gas companies allocating them in cases less than 50% of the helium they were expecting. UoC will receive just 50% of its 2021 supply level from Linde and this is expected to last until year end. Airgas will supply 65% of last year's amount to Campus accounts and the full allocation to medical accounts.
