Total Helium Ltd. acquired a 20% working interest in two producing wells and a 50% working interest in 27,000 acres, including eight additional wells awaiting connection to the helium processing facility. Pipeline construction is underway, with five of the eight wells already connected. Furthermore, three new wells have been drilled in the last couple of weeks and are awaiting completion. Total Helium is conducting a soil gas survey to optimise drilling locations.
