South African Regulator Approves ASP Isotopes’ Acquisition of Renergen

After Renergen’s internal approval, ASP Isotopes has received approval from South Africa’s Competition Commission for its acquisition of Renergen, marking a key step towards completing the deal by the 30 September 2025 deadline. The merged entity targets a US$300mm in EBITDA by 2030. The deal remains subject to further regulatory and third-party approvals.
