The Fuling LNG Plant of Sinopec Chongqing Petroleum in China has reported the first quantities of 99.9998% pure helium. The first phase will produce 20tpy (~4mmcf) of helium, accounting for about 5% of the current domestic annual production. After the completion of the planned second-phase project, output will be further expanded.
