Scout Energy Partners divested >US$1bn in producing oil and gas assets in the Western Anadarko Basin spread across Oklahoma and Texas to Jonah Energy, in partnership with Eiger Operating Company (which will operate the Hugoton Field assets) and Burk Royalty Co. (which will operate the Panhandle assets).
