A recent report by the Saskatchewan Research Council explores the feasibility of constructing a commercial-scale helium liquefier in Saskatchewan, highlighting its potential to expand helium markets, generate employment, and offer a positive financial return. The study examined various scenarios and concluded that all of them would yield a favorable return on investment, considering the current helium supply and estimated prices. NAH as the leading helium producer in Canada has previously raised the idea of a liquefier in Canada.
