Royal Helium had a successful year in 2022, drilling one well at Val Marie, completing the acquisition of Imperial Helium Corp., completing a 3D seismic program at Climax, and commencing the manufacturing of the Steveville helium processing facility. Post year-end, they closed a bought deal convertible debenture financing, a term debt financing, and a demand operating loan, all of which will help them continue to grow their business. The company ended with a full year net loss of C$4.3mm, cash position of C$1mm and total assets worth C$60mm.
