Royal Helium and Sparrow Hawk Developments, an economic development corporation, have agreed on a joint venture where Sparrow Hawk will invest C$25mm into Royal's Val Marie helium project in Saskatchewan. This investment will fund new wells and a helium purification facility, giving Sparrow Hawk significant interests in both. The partnership, reinforcing commitments to economic reconciliation, aims to involve First Nations groups in the project and enhance the province's helium sector.
