Royal Helium Continues Helium Sales and Plans Option Issuance

Royal Helium completed its delivery of its 12th and 13th helium trailers from the Steveville helium purification facility in Brooks, Alberta. The plant is still not at full capacity but the company recently partnered with a consultant to ramp-up. Additionally, the company issued 5mm stock options at C$0.085/sh, vesting over six months. Also, Royal chose to satisfy interest payments on convertible debentures by issuing 8.4mm shares at a price of C$0.078/sh to its unsecured convertible debenture holders. The company shares have risen 20% since the news.
