Royal Helium CEO, Andrew Davidson, resigned from his position as part of wholesale changes of the management team. President of the company, David Young, took over as CEO and joined the Board. Young brings over 20 years of experience in the resource sector, including roles in investment, operations, and restructuring with major firms like Houlihan Lokey and The Carlyle Group. The company also announced the resignations of John Styles, VP Engineering, and Spiro Kletas, VP Investor Relations, as Royal focuses on advancing its helium purification operations and strategic goals.
