Rocky Mountain, a contractor with the right to extract helium gas from federal lands in Colorado and Utah, had filed legal action against the U.S. government for breach of a Settlement Agreement. The dispute involved requirements in the Settlement Agreement between the Bureau of Land Management and Rocky Mountain. The United States Court of Federal Claims granted summary judgement in favour of Rocky Mountain.
