Renergen Secures Court Ruling Exempting Helium from Gas Act Oversight

Renergen secured a legal victory confirming that helium production and trading fall outside the regulatory scope of South Africa’s Gas Act and are not subject to licensing by the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA), provided activities remain outside the piped gas industry.
