Renergen Completes ~US$6mm Equity Raise

Renergen has completed the placement of 4.6 million newly issued shares at a price of ZAR24/sh, a 6.5% discount to the pre-launch closing price. The Placing was well supported by existing and new investors, resulting in the book closing comfortably oversubscribed. The Placing will be settled on Friday, 10 February 2023.
